Lasaña de Espinacas a la Caprese, la evolución de la ensalada.

Lasaña de espinacas a la caprese se creó desde la famosa ensalada caprese, ¿No la conoces?. Es una deliciosa ensalada de origen Italiano que se prepara con tomate y queso mozzarella.

¡Es una delicia!, de esta fabulosa ensalada se ha creado nuestra lasaña de espinacas a la caprese. Una receta llena de creatividad y un plato completo para degustar y disfrutarlo.

Para cocinarla usaremos los mismos ingredientes que en la ensalada. Una receta muy sencilla, rápida y exquisita que no debes dejar de probar.

Lo que le añadiremos a los ingredientes clásicos de la ensalada caprese serán las placas de lasaña, salsa bechamel y mucho cariño.

Sorprenderás a tus invitados con el sabor y el color. La bechamel quedará de un color verdoso con las espinacas y muy sabrosa.

Ingredientes Lasaña de Espinacas a la Caprese:

  • 350 g de espinacas frescas
  • 80 g de queso rallado
  • 15 hojas de albahaca frescas
  • 4 bolas de mozzarellas frescas
  • 4 tomates maduros
  • 1 paquete de placas de Lasaña Fácil con espinacas
  • 1 pastilla de Avecrem Verduras
  • Sal
  • 1 chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 1 Salsa Bechamel
  • 1 pizca de orégano seco

Elaboración Lasaña de Espinacas a la Caprese:

Las ideales placas de lasaña son las que son con espinacas para esta receta, pero si no las consigues puedes usar las normales. Las ponemos a hidratar tal y como indican en el envase. Los tomates hay que pelarlos, quitarles las pepitas y cortarlos en daditos pequeños reservándolos para usarlos mas tarde.

Colocamos una cazuela con un poco de aceite de oliva para saltear las espinacas frescas. Le añadimos los daditos de tomate, avecrem de verduras con poca sal y lo dejamos cocinar por 1 minuto más todo junto. Añadimos el orégano y la sal al gusto.

Las bolas de mozzarella hay que cortarlas en láminas muy finas reservándolas para mas tarde el montaje. Preparas la salsa bechamel normal y corriente. Una vez preparada la salsa bechamel debemos añadirle las hojas de albahaca y triturarlas con la bechamel con una batidora hasta que se forme una bechamel de albahaca uniforme.

Escurrimos las placas hidratadas de lasaña por completo. Colocamos la fuente del horno con un poquito de salsa bechamel de base. A continuación colocamos una capa de placas de lasaña cubriendo toda la fuente. Encime colocaremos una capa de láminas de mozzarella, encima una de espinacas con el tomate aplanando bien todo.

Cubrimos de nuevo la superficie con placas de lasaña y volvemos a repetir todo el proceso 2 veces más. Para terminar cubrimos toda la lasaña con la salsa bechamel con albahaca y le ponemos queso rallado por encima. Lo colocamos en el horno a 200ºC hasta que se dore.
